Wayne Neale is the COO of Greening the Caribbean. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters in Community Economic Development in the US where he worked as a director and consultant with various service organisations. Commonwealth Innovation Awards 2019 Planet category winner.
Greening the Caribbean is an innovative St Lucia company that tackles environmental challenges mitigating against the effects of climate change, to protect the ocean and agricultural sector while promoting sustainable livelihoods.
The project’s climate smart waste management services is a private sector-driven solution to the region’s waste disposal and environmental issues in the absence of adequate waste management infrastructure.
