Alina is the founder of ‘Mitti Café’; a chain of cafes which provides experiential training and employment to adults with physical, intellectual and psychiatric disabilities. The organisation’s outreach initiative also helps create awareness about inclusion and disability rights. Mitti Cafés have trained over 850 persons with disabilities and served over 5 million meals to vulnerable communities and homeless groups, including 1.3 million during the COVID-19 pandemic.
