The Commonwealth Secretariat’s Debt Management Unit (DMU) delivers a capacity building programme in member countries promoting prudent and effective debt management. The programme has benefited a large number of developing countries both in low and middle income categories.
The DMU has implemented a programme of eLearning courses aimed at providing debt managers with the tools and capabilities to successfully manage the public debt portfolio.
